I've come here often since it is the closest coldstone to me. The lines are almost always long, but the wait is quick the employees are fast. They never run out of any ingredients & everything is always well done. Even the bathrooms are very clean considering they are beside movie theater. Nice place.

The ice cream was great, the service friendly, but I can't give them 5 stars because the seating area was a mess! Both tables were dirty, trash on the floor and the front window desperately needs cleaning. To be fair, there is a steady stream of customers and the clerk is very friendly and efficient about serving them. Perhaps they need 2 people here in the afternoon.

I discovered Coldstone many, many years ago, as this was my first job ever back in highschool. Once I tried their ice cream, I finally understood what all the hype was about. So delicious. The service can be hit or miss, but then again, it's usually just a bunch of kids working here. Lines can get pretty crazy, but they move quick and worth it for the delicious ice cream.

If I could give no stars then I definitely would! I use to come here every so often but I definitely will NEVER EVER COME AGAIN. I was next in line for a milkshake & I suddenly felt something on my foot & leg & when I looked down, I had a huge roach that came from underneath the ice-cream area!! I screamed & expressed how disgusted I was & not one single person from behind the counter attempted to apologize. By far the worst experience I've ever had at a public place.

Who doesn't love ice cream? Ice cream with anything your heart desires??? Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to heaven! Strategically located next to a movie theater for a little ice cream stop before a flick is always a good idea in my book. Lines can get pretty crazy due to it's location but let's face it, if you want it, you wait! It moves quickly anyway.

Friendly service from one person but strange/rude service from another. My friend was getting all kinds of candy on her ice cream and the guy said "this is more candy than ice cream" and was really awkward the whole time after that. However, the person who helped me was very nice and my ice cream was delicious. Sometimes the line can be out the door at this Cold Stone. Whoa.
